Shipping & Returns
The transport of the order is normally done by the GLS transport company. Delivery will be made within 48 to 72 hours on business days after placing your order. You can fill in a second delivery address in case you are not at home. It is important that you provide a valid contact number to avoid problems in the delivery of your order by the carrier. If you want us to deliver it to you on a specific day, you must write it down when placing your order.
If you don't like any dish, you just have to record a video where the label looks good and how it is thrown away. In the same video, tell us why you don't like it. Send us that video by WhatsApp to the phone 679 88 66 41 and within 72 hours we will send you a receipt also by WhatsApp that the money has been entered into your account without further processing. We cannot pay you for dishes with an expired date.
